Olive oil waste

This project aims to showcase a zero-emission process for drying olive mill waste by use of biomass burners with integrated CO₂ capture techniques. Τhe ash produced will be upcycled into a slow release fertilizer. The captured biogenic CO₂ will be utilised for cultivating algae to produce biofertilisers, enhancing nutrient recovery and reducing waste.
